Security Guards

We provide SIA licensed static and mobile security guards for the protection of assets against criminal damage and theft as well as a visual deterrent against intruders.

Vehicle Security

We are able to provide tracking devices which can be wired into your vehicle and tracked with perfect accuracy.

Home Security

We can provide alarm response and security patrols for your home. All of our officers are enhanced DBS checked, giving you peace of mind that you can trust them fully.

Mobile Patrols

Mobile visits are a very cost effective way to keep your property safe from thieves, vandals and squatters if you don’t need regular static security guards.

Mobile guards will visit your premises to check doors and windows are secured and provide a visual deterrent. Publicly displaying one of our notice boards is optional as this not only helps to deter thieves, but in our experience, members of the public will contact us if they see suspicious behaviour or after an alarm has been activated.

Alarm Response

In the event of an alarm activation at your premises we will dispatch a mobile guard to your property to determine the cause of the activation. If the guard discovers a successful or attempted break-in, the police will be contacted immediately.

Should it be a false alarm, the cause will be determined to prevent reoccurrence, and the alarm will be reset before the mobile guard leaves the site.

Key Holding

We will hold a spare set of keys to your home or other property, locked in a secure location, so that in the event of your being locked out you can simply call us and we will promptly bring your extra set of keys to let you inside, saving both on locksmiths fees and waiting for long periods of time for a locksmith to arrive.

Our service is also invaluable to carers, families or friends of the elderly or infirm, so that in the event of an emergency we can provide rapid access to the property without going to the extremes of damaging access points such as doors or windows to get inside.

Close Protection (body guards)

A Close Protection Officer (CPO), aka Body Guard, protects individuals from danger such as assault, kidnapping, assassination or harassment. Examples of clients who require a CPO may be people who:

Have a high-profile business or political role
Are celebrities
Are separating from a partner and are concerned for their personal safety

Dog Units

Dogs make an excellent visual deterrent against crime and that is often all that is needed to avoid or resolve a situation. All of our dog handlers have a police or military background, an SIA license and hold qualifications in their field. All the dogs are trained to exacting requirements.

Our dog unit is trained to the highest standard with the ability to provide dogs for any instance including guard dogs, detection dogs, sniffer dogs etc. We will select the canine with the correct training for your requirements.

Showroom Security

You may have high value items in your show room, such as vehicles, jewellery etc. Our officers are trained in keeping your items secure, removing offenders and liaising with the authorities where necessary. We have found that the mere presence of an officer acts as a visual deterrant, and significantly reduces the risk of any attempted break-in.

Commercial Property Security

We are able to provide an officer to patrol your commercial property in or out of business hours. Officers are trained in reception skills and can mitigate the need for an out of hours receptionist – utilising skills to provide a cost effective solution for your business.

Door Supervisors

We provide helpful and professional licensed Door Supervisors to maintain order and public safety in your club or venue. It is the Door Supervisors’ job to decide upon suitability of customers to be allowed into the premises (based on legal requirements and venue policy); and to monitor the behaviour of individuals inside the venue, responding appropriately if deemed to be unsafe or undesirable.

Event Security

We provide a highly effective and well-organised team of both stewards and licensed door supervisors to manage events of all types and sizes (such as festivals, sporting events and proms). A competent security team is fundamental to the smooth and successful running of any event, and our officers are highly experienced in carrying out activities such as ticket checking, stage protection and crowd management.

Penetration Testing

Often we find that customers contact us with the belief that their security systems are of poor quality and require upgrade. The majority of times, it’s actually the security culture which requires a change. We can provide an expert to talk their way into your building in order to test the security measures you have in place, providing a full report and working with you to implement changes.

Policy Writing

Our expert policy writers can work with you to write security policies, processes and procedures to ISO9001:2015 standard. Giving you the options of either writing the whole policy for you, working with you to write it yourself, or just checking that you have every area covered, we can tailor our service to your exact requirements.

Building Site Security and Patrols

We can provide security for any building site in order to prevent unwanted guests taking residence on your site, removing items without your consent, graffitiing the premise etc. Providing a cost effective solution whilst you are away from site, you can be confident that your site is in safe hands with us.

Covert Operations (Surveillance / Counter Surveillance)

With an increase in crime levels, it may make good commercial sense to carry out surveillance to get the true picture of your employees, your goods, your home and anyone attempting to make an insurance claim against your company or organisation.

Covert surveillance can be a cost effective way to prevent loss in terms of goods and insurance premiums, or alternatively, prove the innocence of staff or persons under suspicion.

Examples of where covert surveillance can be applied are;

Business theft: we can arrange for a harmless substance to be applied to items being stolen and as soon as the thief washes their hands, they glow a shade of red that is hard to ignore!
Insurance fraud: ‘Crash for Cash’ claims can cost insurance companies tens of thousands of pounds per scam – with compensation being claimed for ‘injuries’ sustained in staged car accidents, and often with multiple claimants. Insurance fraud is so widespread, the insurers body says that more than 350 fraudulent claims are made PER DAY! Claims for compensation are also made from local councils, for ‘accidents’ due to disrepair of paving etc
Benefit fraud: HMRC is clamping down on benefit fraud, where claimants are alleging they are unable to work due to injury or disability. Every year, more than £1bn is paid in suspected fraudulent benefit claims
Transport and logistics: high value goods in transit: staged robberies, dishonest staff

Alarm and CCTV Installation

We can install CCTV and/or alarm systems to give you the peace of mind and protection you need against intruders who may intend to cause you or your property harm. For businesses, CCTV can also provide valuable evidence in the event of accusations made by staff or customers against your company, as well as for monitoring staff behaviour and preventing theft.

Our CCTV systems allow you to monitor you premises from anywhere in the world! You have the options of infra-red, the ability to store recordings and even to receive an email displaying a picture of the person who activated the motion detectors on your camera.

Residential Patrols

We have worked with councils and residents committees on many occasions to provide patrols around residential areas in order to prevent theft, burglary, criminal damage, unruly behaviour etc. Depending on your requirements, our officers can wear body cameras in order to capture data for court evidence, patrol areas on foot, conduct vehicular patrols around larger residential areas etc. As with all services, we can tailor this to your exact requirements.

Asset Tracking

We can provide tracking devices to place inside or discretely attached to any asset. Our tracking capabilities enable even the smallest item to be tracked to an exact location. Working with the police, we can then retrieve the item(s) and provide evidence for prosecution.
