This quarter has been incredibly difficult to choose a winner. We have had two staff members who have stood head and shoulders above the rest but have been on an equal par with each other. As a result, Mark has decided to call it a tie… Congratulations Vicky and Barry!
Barry started with us in June and has really hit the ground running. Taking a weight off of our shoulders, Barry has not only implemented new procedures, but has proactively bought in a new client!!
Vicky has now been with us since the beginning of May and has been fantastic support for management. When Paula was on leave, Vicky provided the support all staff – including Mark – needed, making sure everything in the background ran like clockwork.
